Stepping Stones is a busy preschool, open to all children between the ages of two and five years.

 

Our most important preschool ethos is to ‘be kind’.

 

We offer a rich and broad curriculum, following the Early Years Foundation Stage. We deliver this in a safe, secure, caring environment structured in the principles of learning through play.

 

Children’s enjoyment, learning and achievement here, have consistently led to us helping happy, confident and autonomous children transition into Reception classes across the county.

 

Staff and children alike have the core values of kindness, courtesy, confidence, humility, and learning to be givers and not takers. Staff value children’s ideas and support their play and explorations, helping children leave preschool with a strong sense of responsibility, set on the path to being conscientious and caring citizens of the world.
